In today’s fast-moving digital space, both consumers and businesses seek trust, transparency, and meaningful engagement. Chatter is a multi-functional social platform that connects users with businesses, events, and communities by providing real-time reviews, AI-driven recommendations, and seamless ticketing solutions.
What really is the challenge?

The Chatter splash screen sets the tone for the user experience with a sleek and inviting design. It briefly showcases the platform’s core offerings—event discovery, reviews, and ticketing—while featuring the Chatter logo and a smooth transition into the app.
Discovery Screens
The discovery screens allow users to explore trending businesses, upcoming events, and community recommendations. A personalized feed curates content based on user interests, while an interactive map provides a visual way to navigate local options. Chatter’s AI-powered search enhances the experience by offering smart keyword suggestions and quick access to relevant businesses and events. Additionally, community-driven reviews and ratings add a layer of trust, helping users make informed decisions.
AI Recommendations
Chatter’s AI-powered recommendation system enhances discovery by providing users with personalized suggestions based on their interests, past interactions, and trending topics. A conversational AI assistant allows users to type queries such as "Best restaurants for date night?" or "Events happening this weekend", generating tailored results instantly. Smart notifications further improve engagement by alerting users about exclusive deals, ticket discounts, and events they might enjoy.
Event & Ticketing
Chatter streamlines event discovery and ticketing, making it easy for users to browse, purchase, and manage event attendance. Users can explore event listings based on category, location, and popularity, ensuring they never miss out on exciting opportunities. The seamless ticketing process supports multiple payment options, and digital tickets with QR codes enable quick event check-ins. For organizers, the platform provides tools to create events, manage RSVPs, and track ticket sales in real-time.
Mobile App & Job Board
The profile screen serves as a hub for both individual users and business owners. Users can showcase their event history, saved businesses, and written reviews, while business owners can manage their listings, respond to customer feedback, and engage with the community. Privacy and preference settings allow users to control their visibility, adjust notifications, and fine-tune AI recommendations to personalize their experience further.
